    Necessary for participation in the exhibition

Basic requirement:

Art objects must be original, individual, not a reproduction or a copy of existing artworks.

 

Basic documents for registration:

а) application form (download in format Word, PDF)
b) labels for each competition entry (download in format Word, PDF);
c) photograph of the author of at least 3x4 cm.;
d) photographs of competitive works (not less than 200 dpi, not more than 15 Mb);
e) copy of the registration fee payment (go to the section "Organizational fee")

REGISTRATION SEQUENCE:

Stage 1: sending registration materials to e-mail: info@talantexpo.ru (send: application, labels, photo of work and photo of the author)

Stage 2: confirmation of artwork acceptance from organizational committee

Stage 3: the author pays the registration fee and sends to the organizing committee a copy or screenshot of the payment (go to section Organizational fee)

Stage 4: The organizing committee sends the author a registered invitation ticket and registration number, which means that the work is included in the exposition

Stage 5: both in person and in absentia authors have the opportunity to visit the exhibition and related programs for free.

Information for in erson authors: 
- Reception of in person (original) works for the exhibition: April 1, 2020, from 11.00 to 15.00.
- Issuance of competitive works: April 5, 2020, from 17.00 to 19.00

Stage 6: issuance of diplomas to participants and winners:
- in absentia participants - the organizing committee sends diplomas in electronic form and, if desired, in paper, by Russian post
- in person participants - diplomas will be awarded at the end of the exhibition in Gostiny Dvor, and then will be stored in the organizing committee
